Each session is conducted one-on-one with me. You will schedule a time, just as you would in person; the only difference being that it will be delivered via video conferencing tools such as ZoomTM, FacetimeTM, WhatsAppTM and SkypeTM. You can workout anywhere, wheter you are at home, outdoors, or at work.

The classes are offered online by me, and I provide plenty of options regarding equipment. We offer HIIT classes to help you stay lean and fit, as well as strength training to build and maintain muscle mass.
